Dr. Kerstin Muth (Retired)

Dr. Kerstin Muth graduated from the Optometry School at the University of Waterloo in 1985.

For most of her clinical career Dr. Muth has worked in private practice, as the associate of Dr. Glenn King, first in Keskus Mall, then County Fair Mall and finally in Thunder Bay Eye Care.

She has had additional rewarding experiences as a clinician, a graduate student, a volunteer and a teacher, to places as far north as Pikangikum First Nation and as far south as Riobamba in Ecuador.  This includes the Vision Institute of Canada in Toronto, Vision Science Graduate Studies at the University of Waterloo and locally the Lakehead University Nurse Practitioner Program and Northern Ontario School of Medicine.

In 2019 she decided to retire from practising optometry in 2020.  Her final day of practice was on October 30, 2020.
